Afrifotostock Terms of Use Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

This is a legal agreement between you, the "user", which includes any company or business you are representing, and Afrifotostock. This Agreement governs access and use of all products and services, including but not limited to Afrifotostock Web Sites, for which tye user registers and which are provided by afrifotostock or through any web site or co-branded web site owned or controlled by Afrifotostock. IF USER DOES NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT PURCHASE, USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICE.

User acknowledges that, from time to time, it may be necessary for Afrifotostock to update or revise certain provisions of this Agreement. By signing up for any Afrifotostock Service and accepting this Agreement, User agrees that Afrifotostock may change the terms of the Agreement in its sole discretion without specific notice to the User. Due dilligence will be taken to notify users of any changes well in advance of the change effective date.

General Use of Afrifotostock Services
Users shall not use Afrifotostock services for any purpose unlawful or prohibited by law. User will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, frame in another web page, transfer, or sell any information, software from afrifotostock. This means, User agrees not to engage in the practices of "screen scraping", "database scraping", or any other activity with the purpose of obtaining information from Afrifotostock. Except with the written permission of Afrifotostock, User will not access or attempt to access password protected, secure or non-public areas of the Service. If User attempts to access prohibited areas of the Service, User may be subject to prosecution.
